Right on Main was formed by Ryan Brenan and Chris Fennimore.  Ryan and Chris met at the College of William & Mary where their first business venture involved building tables from bamboo growing behind their dorm.  Much like the tables themselves, the business quickly folded.  However, in the 20 years since, Chris has built a successful career growing small enterprises as well as gotten his MBA from USC.  Ryan has launched several successful ventures on his own and built up much of Right on Main’s portfolio.

With 8 years of experience and 70 units under management, we can’t realistically sit here and pretend we are the biggest or the oldest.  However, what our investors have found is smaller can be better.  We work harder and hustle more than anyone else.  Our vacancy rates across our portfolio are lower than average (4.5% vs. 5.5%) and we’ve consistently bought well-performing assets. Beyond our property management and maintenance staff, we carry almost zero overhead.  We are a lean, mean, real-estate machine.

In our relatively short history, most of our investors have invested in multiple properties and we believe that is the strongest testament to our ability to successfully deliver the returns we promise.


 

 

Our Strategy

Our current focus is on smaller multi-family homes (4-20 units) in tertiary markets.  These are properties in cities that are overlooked by larger real estate investors and often poorly managed by current legacy owners.

By bringing in operational efficiency, running them in a tenant friendly manner, and increasing value through smart application of capital expenditures; we're able to maximize cash flow and generate solid returns on investment.
